GOLF3000 Water-soluble Flux
GOLF 3000 is a special water-soluble flux for electronic components pin lead-free soldering. The appropriate solids content in GOLF 3000 and the nature of the activator system will lead to excellent soldering result even when the surfaces to be soldered (component leads and pads) are not highly solderable. GOLF 3000 has a unique chemistry and a wide process window making it a drop in for your computer and control assembly electronics.
